This Recipe is so quick to make from start to finish & feeds the whole family.
- 1 sheet ready-rolled puff pastry
- 125 g soft goat’s cheese
- 1 tbsp caster sugar
- 300 g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Small handful basil leaves, torn
Preheat the oven to gas mark 7. Unroll the pastry sheet on to a large baking tray lined with greaseproof paper. Crumble the cheese over the pastry, leaving a 1cm border around the edge. Sprinkle half the over the cheese and tomatoes & season.
Cook the tart in the oven for 25min or until pastry is golden and risen. Drizzle over the balsamic vinegar and olive oil, and garnish with torn basil leaves. Serve warm with a green salad.
